Colorado attorney general John W. Suthers is targeting an unlicensed collection agency in possible fraudulent activites. First Pacific Corporation has sent an unknown number of dunning notices to citizens in Colorado alegeding monies due for dental bills.  The Attorney General has issued a consumer advisory, Tuesday, May 3rd 2005 after receiving 65 complaints.
